Antique carved red carnelian fashioned in a classic high bezel mounting. Lowered bezel with breaded a gold robe symbolizing byzantine style around the bezel, adjacent four granulated balls with burnished tiny blue sapphire and red ruby, flat horseshoe shaped shank, polished, handmade.
